RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can only return it for a full refund.
RETURNS
All returns must be marked within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags.
ORDER CANCELATION
In case you want to cancel the order you placed through the website olivetraditionalproducts.gr, the order must not have passed the shipping stage. If your order is sent to the address you indicated to us, then you must pick up your order and follow the RETURN PROCEDURE. ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗΣ.
However, in case your order has not been sent to the SHIPPING STAGE, then you can contact us so that we can cancel your order and make a refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, send an email to customer service at info@olivetraditionalproducts.gr or call +30 28410 24342. we will serve you and proceed with the return process. You will need to place the item securely in its original packaging and include the purchase receipt and follow the shipping instructions.
RETURNS
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will proceed with your return process. The refund process for both refunds and cancellations will be completed within fifteen days (15). We will email you when the refund process is complete.
